This formidably sized block print is born passion, technique, and history. Hints of the aurora borealis hang above a silhouetted line of Norway Spruce tees with yellows, oranges, and reds of a brilliant sunset gradient shining through.

I have a special connection to this tree-line as is based on a windbreak on my uncles farm. This was the farm my Mom grew up on and a place I have enjoyed my entire life. What is even better is that the wood grain pattern that composes the entire background was printed using wood that I salvaged from an old collapsing chicken coop on the farm.
